BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON:
SECTION I: That the City of Renton do accept, and the Mayor
and Clerk be authorized to executeritten acceptances of, that
certain,franchiset granted by the Washington State Director of High-
ways to the City of Renton and the Honeydew eater _association,
,ranting right to install and maintain water mains over a portion
of State Highway No. 2 ast of Renton; saidrfranchise eing dated

October 22, 1948, and granted upon application previously filed
for same by said City and Honeydew Water Association.
Passed by the City council this 2d day of November 1948.
