ORDINANCE N0. 3909
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
PROVIDING FOR APPROPRIATION OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS FOR THE SENIOR HOUSING
AND PEDESTRIAN CORRIDOR PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the King County Housing and Community Development
program has agreed to award the City block grant monies from their
King County Senior Housing Program account, to provide additional
funding for the City ' s Senior Housing and Pedestrian Corridor project , and
WHEREAS, it is now necessary and advisable to appropriate the
belowmentioned funds, and such appropriation being necessary and in the
public interest and for the public benefit, NOW THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I : The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and
directed to provide for the following appropriation :
