ORDINANCE NO. 39J.6
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING SECTION 6-2401 OF TITLE VI (POLICE
REGULATIONS) OF ORDINANCE NO. 1628 ENTITLED "CODE
OF GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF RENTON" RELATING
TO THE CRIMINAL CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DOES
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: Existing Section 6-2401 of Title VI (Police
Regulations) of Ordinance No. 1628 entitled "Code of General Ordinances
of the City of Renton" is hereby amended by adding the following
subsection:
Section 6-2401 (N) : 9A.28 .020 , 9A.28 .030 and 9A. 28 .040 ,
as they relate only to offenses defined as misdemeanors .
SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage, approval and thirty days after publication.
