ORDINANCE NO. 3928
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING A PORTION OF SECTION 1-4101 OF TITLE I '
(ADMINISTRATIVE) OF ORDINANCE NO. 1628 ENTITLED I,
"CODE OF GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF RENTON" '
RELATING TO FEES FOR FINAL PLAT EXTENSION AND
BINDING SITE PLAN APPROVAL
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: Existing subsection 14 of Section 1-4101 of
Title I (Administrative) of Ordinance No. 1628 entitled "Code of
General Ordinances of the City of Renton" is hereby amended by
adding the following subsection:
Section 1-4101 (14) (d)
Type of Application Fee Code Section
(d) Final Plat Extension $100 .00 4-2710 (8) (B)
SECTION II: Existing Section 1-4101 of Title I (Administra-
tive) of Ordinance No. 1628 entitled "Code of General Ordinances of
the City of Renton" is hereby amended by adding the following
subsection:
Section 1-4101:
Type of Application Fee Code Section
23 . Binding Site Plan Approval $300 .00 9-1106 B (1)

SECTION III: This Ordinance shall be effective upon
its passage, approval and five days after publication.
