CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
ORDINANCE N0. 3930
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
PROVIDING FOR APPROPRIATION OF A WASHINGTON STATE
ENERGY COMMISSION GRANT FOR A STREET LIGHTING STUDY.
WHEREAS, the City of Renton has received approval for a
Washington State Energy Commission Grant (WSEO Contract #82-14-�0) ,
to provide 100% funding for a Renton Street Lighting Study, and
WHEREAS, it is now necessary and advisable to appropriate
the belowmentioned funds , and such appropriation being necessary and
in the public interest and for the public benefit , NOW THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I : The Director of Finance is hereby authorized
and directed to provide for the following appropriation:

Street Fund (Renton Street Lighting Study)
UNTO: Street Fund/Traffic Engineering Maintenance Administration

, SECTION II : This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage, approval , and five days after its publication.
