RESOLUTION NO. 725
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON:
T'hat in fulfilment of `Real Estate Contract entered into
by and between -William F. Bennett and Lavina Bennett, his wife,
as Sellers, and the City of Renton as purchaser, pursuant to
Resolution No. 710 adopted by this Council October 19, 1948,
there is hereby appropriated from Cumulative Fund No. 1183
the sum of $8000.00. and the City Treasurer is hereby authorized
to pay and disburse said sum, to be paid to aforesaid Sellers
in full performance and payment of all obligations of the City
of Renton under said, contract, upon receiving for the Cit;; of
R2nton a conveyance by and from said Sellers, good and suffic&nnt
in form, of the real properties described in aaid contract,
conforming to the agreements of said contract, to the City of
Renton, a Municipal Corporation of the State of Washington,
and upon further receiving from said Sellers proper and standard
Title Insurance conforming to the Agreements of said contract.
Passed by the City Council this 4th day of January, 1949.
