HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 0728(Resolution of Intention.) RESOLUTION N0. 728 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON: 1. That it is the intention of the City Council to order the improvement of MORRIS STREET, from Second Avenue to Third Avenue, by Widening said street to a width of approximately forty (40) feet, paving same, installing curbing,and drains, Jrvi '91, and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance with plans prepared by the City Engineer. 2. That all persons who may desire to object thereto are hereby notified to appear and present such objections at a meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chamber in the City Hall„ in the City of Renton at _-_ igy4t o'clock P. M., on the---.--1-5th------- day of----.-_Xa._rQ-h ............................... 194-9 -------- Which time,and place is hereby fixed for hearing all matters relating to said proposed improvement, and all objections thereto, and for determining the method of payment for said improvement. 3. That the City Engineer shall, in the manner provided by lav, submit to the City Council, at or prior to said date, all data and information required by law to be submitted. 4.
