3AMREAS due to delay in receiving revenues there is temporary
lack of sufficient monies in the Park Fund and in the Athletic Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE:
BE IT RESOLVED BY TIDE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF R:ETTTON:
SECTION 1: That the sum of 67000.00 be (transferred from
the current expense fund to the ?ark Department Fun , as a (emporary
loan, said amount to be repaid and re -transferred tort he Current Expense

Fund as and when funds become available in said Park Department Fund.
SECTION 2: That the sum of 51000.00 be and is hereby trans-
ferred from the Current Expense Fund to the Athletic Fund, in the
nature of a loan, said amount to be repaid and re -transferred to the
Current Expense Fund as and -when monies become available therefor
in said Athletic Fund.
