The Reso1 tion adopting and approving the execution of the
grant agreement mto be submitted to the .Administrator of Civil Aero-
nautics, U. S.- epartent of Commerce, to o tain federal aid in the
development of the Renton Municipal Airport
BE IT RESOLVED BY ` l'!E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REN ON:
SECTION I. That the City of Renton shall enter into a grant agree-
ment for the purpose of obtaining federal aid in the development of
the Renton Municipal Airport, and that such agreement shall be as set
forth hereinbelow.
SECTION 2: That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to
execute said grant agreement in sextuplicate on behalf of the City of
Renton, and the Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to impress
thereon the official Seal of the City of Renton, and to attest said
execution.
SECTION 3: That the City of Renton specifically ratifies and
adopts all statements, representations, warranties, covenants and
agreements contained in the project application and the sponsor's
assurance agreement.
SECTION 4: That the grant agreement referred to hereinabove shall
be as follows; and in the form and content hereinbelow set forth and/or
hereunto annexed:
