BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY.COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENT ON:
0666 1. That Tuesday the 7th day of June, 1949 at the
hour of 8:00 P.vl., at the Council Chambers in the City Hall
of the City of Renton,be and is hiareby fixed as the time and
place for Hearing upon the Assessment Roll which has been filed
with the City Clerk for(Local Improvement District No. 22)6 the
improvement of Walla Walla Avenue from Whitworth to Shattuck Streets
and of Shattuck Street from Walla Walla Avenue to Seventh Avenue,
by installation of water mains and appurtenances.
Sec. 2. That the City Clerk be and is directed to mail
and publish notice of said Hearing, as by law provided.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 3rd day of May, 1949.
