RESOLUTION NO. 747
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Renton,
Washington.
SECTION 1:' THAT WHEREAS, the City has expended under L.I.D.
#227 $9.,015.00 for paving Morris Street from Second Avenue to
Third Avenue in the City of Renton with concrete paving under _
plans approved by the State Finance Committee, May 10, 1949, and
SECTION 2: WHEREAS, there is now $4,774.09 allocated for
use by the City of Renton as matching funds for Street Construction
Fund #26-1-230 which has not yet been transferred by the State
Finance Committee to the City of Renton
NOW THEREFORE the State'F inance Committee is requested to
transfer the above stated amount of $4,774.09 to the City of
Renton Street Construction Fund #26-1-230 and grant permission
to the City of Renton to transfer $41507.50 from said Street
Construction Fund to L.I.D. #227 for the street construction above
referred to. The balance of $266.59 to be left in Street Construction
Fund #26-1-230 until permission is granted by the State Finance
Committee to use same as matching funds.for future improvement.
