BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON:
SECTION 1: That the 15th day of November 1949, at 8:00
o'clock P.M., is hereby fixed as the date of hearing on
assessment roll for Local Improvement District No. 231 for
the improvement of Third Place., by paving with asphaltic
concrete, et al. under Ordinance No. 1324.
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby
directed to publish in the official newspaper of the City
of Renton, notices hereof as required by law and the
Ordinances of the City of Renton.
