A Resolution of the City of Renton, Washington Approving and Author-
izing the Amendment to the Grant Agreement Heretofore Received From
the Administrator, Civil Aeronautics Administration and Executed For
the Development of the Renton Municipal Airport at Renton, Washington
and Authorizing the Signing and Execution thereof.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON:
SECTION 1:_ That the City of Renton by and through its City
Council shall enter• into an Amendment of the Grant Agreement here-
tofore executed for the purpose of obtaining federal aid in the
development of the Renton Municipal Airport and that such Amendment
shall be in the form and manner as the copy hereto attached and
herein incorporated. as is fully set forth.
SECTION 2: That the Mayor• of the City of Renton is hereby
authorized and directed to sign the Amendment to the Grant Agree-
ment in sextuple on behalf of the City of Renton -and the City Clerk
is hereby authorized and directed to impress the official seal of
the City of Renton thereon and to attest said execution.
