BE IT RESOLVED BY TIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON:
SECTION I. That the City of Renton shall enter into
a grant agreement for the purpose of obtaining federal aid
in the development of the Renton Municipal Airport, and
that such agreement shall be as set forth hereinbelow.
SECTION II. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to execute said grant agreement in sextuplicate on
behalf of the City of Renton, and the Clerk is hereby
authorized.and directed to impress thereon the official seal
of the City of Renton, and to attest said execution.
SECTION III. That the City of Renton specifically
ratifies and adopts all statements, representations, warr-
anties, covenants and agreements contained in the project
application and the sponsor's assurance agreement.
SECTION IV. That the grant agreement referred to
hereinabove shall -be as follows; and in the form and content
hereinbelow set forth and/or hereunto annexed.
