BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION: That the City Treasurer is hereby authorized and
directed to p y and transfer the sum of $32.21 from the Current
Expense Fund to Local Improvement District Fund No.229, in full
payment of assessment levied against the City of Renton as shown
in Assessment Roll for Local Improvement District No.229 hereto-
fore approved and confirmed, for the improvement of Shattuck Street
between Third Avenue and Second Avenue, and also of Second Avenue
from Shattuck Street to Whitworth Street b installation of six
(6) inch water main under Ordinance No. 136.
PASSED by the City Council on the 28th day of February, 1950.
