RESOLUTION NO. 762
BE IT RESOLVED BY TH_E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: There isereby (S�established��a.n the office of the
City Treasurer of enton, a ,special fund) to be 0known as the Airport
Control Tower Fund

SECTION 2: The City Treasurer be and is hereby authorized
and directed to transfer the sum of $ 5,231.00 from cumu-
lative fund No. 1183 to said special fund hereinabove established
as Airport Control Tower Fund. When matching funds are received
from the United States for the project hereinbelow mentioned, the
amount of such matching funds together with any surplus from this
appropriation shall be repaid to said cumulative fund No. 1183
SECTION 3: All expenditures for or on account of the planning,
engineering, moving, construction and acquisition of Control Tower
on the Renton City Airport, being Project No. 'shall be made
from said special fund; and all grants and contr� lb ions of the match-
ing funds received by the City shall be deposited in and disbursed
through said special fund.
