(RESOLUTION OF INVENTION)
RESOLUTION NO. 766
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON:
1 That it is the intention of the City Council, pursuant to
petition filed by adjacent property owners to order the improv-
ment of Block 14, Renton Highlands Addition to the City of Renton,
King County, Washington, by constructing and gravelling the alley
therein, and doing such other work as may be necessary in connec-
tion therewith, all in accordance with plans to be.prepareO by the
City Engineer.
2. That all persons who may desire to object thereto are hereby
notified to appear and present such objections at a meeting of
the City Council to be held in the Council Chamber in the City
Hall in the City of Renton at 8:00 otclock P.M., on the 11th day
of April 1950, which time and place is hereby fixed for hearing
all matters relating to said proposed improvement, and all objec-
tions thereto, and for determining the method of payment for said
improvement.
3.. That the City Engineer shall, in the manner provided by law.,
submit to the City Council, at or prior to said date, all data
and information required by law to be submitted.
4, That the cost and expense of said improvement shall be borne
by and assessed against the property liable therefor, as provided
by law.
