A Resolution Adopting Daylight Saving Time for the summer of 1950.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON:
That for the purpose of having uniform time with other cities
adjacent, 'DAYLIGHT SAVING TIME is hereby adopted for the City of
Renton during the summer of 1950, and that accordingly, Pacific
Standard Time shall be and is hereby advanced one hour in the City
of Renton, effective and commencing at 12:00 PM (midnight) on the
last Sunday in April (April 30, 1950), and continuing to and term-
inating at 12:00.PM (midnight) on the last Sunday in September,
to -wit September 24, 1950.
PASSED by the City Council this 4th day of April, 1950.
