RESOLUTION NO. --773-
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF' THE CITY Or RENTON:
Section 1: That Tuesday, the 20th day of June,
1950, at the hour of 8:00 P.ii., at the Council Chambers
in the Citv Hall of the City of Renton, be and is hereby
fixed as the time and place for Hearing upon the Assessment
Roll which has been filed with the City Clerk for Local Im-
provement District No. 230, the improvement of Shattuck
Street from Second Avenue to Third Avenue, by the install-
ation of concrete sidewalks and curbs and such other work
as may be necessary in connection therewith.
Section 2: That the City Clerk be and is directed
to mail and publish notice of said Hearing, as bylaw pro-
vided.
