ORDINANCE NO. 3949
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
PROVIDING FOft APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS TO CUMULATIVE
RESERVE FUND #3665 (UTILITY CONNECTION CHARGES) .
WHEREAS, the City of Renton, Washington has heretofore received
unanticipated utility connection charge revenues in Cumulative Reserve
Fund �3665 in excess of estimated revenues for the calendar year 1985,
and said fund having an unappropriated fund balance, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and advisable to appropriate such
unanticipated Water and Sewer Utility Connection Charge revenues in
the amount of $80,689, and unappropriated fund balance in the amount
of $53,311, to provide funding for Water and Sewer Capital Improvement
Projects, and such appropriation being necessary and in the public
interest and for the public benefit , NOW. THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section I: The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and
directed to make the following appropriations to Cumulative Reserve
Fund �3665:
APPROPRIATE FROM: Increase the following revenue estimates by adding
unanticipated revenues from utility connection charges:
a/c 128/000/388.10.00.10 (Water Connection Charges) . . . . . $ 30,000
a/c 128/000/388.10.00.20 (Sewer Connection Charges) . . . . . 50,689
$ 80,689
APPROPRIATE FROM: Increase beginning estimated fund
balance by adding unappropriated funds:
a/c 128/000/308.00.00.00 (Beginning Fund Balance) . . . . . . . 53,311

APPROPRIATE UNTO: Cumulative Reserve Fund �3665
