A RESOLUTION of the City of Renton rescinding and repeal-
ing a portion of Resolution No. 775.
BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RENTON AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1:. 7FIEREAS a claim by E. F. Allan and wife
for damages to their property resulting from bursting of
City water main was allowed in the sum of $26.59 by Resolu-
tion No. 775, adopted by this City Council of Renton on
May 16, 1950, and by Section 2 of said Resolution the pay-
ment of said claim was authorized; and whereas said liabil-
ity has been accepted by the Cityfs insurance carrier as
being within the coverage of the City's comprehensive lia-
bility policy, and said claim has been paid by such insur-
or; now therefore, Section 2 of said Resolution No. 775,
authorizing payment of said claim f rorl City Funds be and
is hereby rescinded and repealed.

19 50 .
