AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
ESTABLISHING A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT TO RECAPTURE
EXPENDITURES FOR IMPROVEMENT TO SUNSET BOULEVARD NORTH,
II ESTABLISHING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT AND ESTABLISHING THE AMOUNT OF CHARGE THEREFOR
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASNINGTON, DO

SECTION II : Persons developing properties accessing onto Sunset
Boulevard North, or persons redeveloping property accessing onto Sunset
Boulevard North, shall pay a fee for the privilege of accessing onto Sunset
Qoulevard North in addition to the payment of any utility connection permit
fees and in addition to the general facility and trunk connection charge, the
