CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
ORDINANCE N0. 3957
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
PROVIDING FOR APPROPRIATION AND TRANSFER OF FUNDS.
WHEREAS, the City of Renton, Washington, has heretofore received
approval for unanticipated revenues, in excess of estimated revenues
for the calendar year 1985, in the amount of $130,000 in HUD Rental
Rehabilitation Entitlement funds and $45,000 in Housing and Community
Development Block Grant monies, for the Rental Housing Rehabilitation
Program, a total of $175,000,
WHEREAS, it is necessary and advisable to appropriate said
unanticipated revenues and transfer funds within the block grant
division, into the belowmentioned accounts, and such appropriation
and transfer being necessary and in the public interest and for the
public benefit, NOW THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I : The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and
