WHEREAS, the two hereinafter named employees of the City
of Renton are members of the Washington Statewide City Employees
Retirement System, in the classification of miscellaneous personnel,
and each of them has attained the compulsory retirement age of 65
years, but each of them is physically fit to continue i such em-
ployment and service of the City, and each of them has requested
extension of the compulsory retirement time)
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF RENTON
That the time for compulsory retirement for the following
named employees of the lity of Renton, who are members of the Wash-
ington Statewide City Employees Retirement System in the classifi-
cation of miscellaneous personnel, to -wit:
IGNAZIO TOSCHI
JOSEPH E. RICE
be and the same hereby is extended to such time as each of said em-
ployees respectively shall attain the age of 67 years.
A copy of this resolution, adopted pursuant to Section 14,
Chapter 71, Laws of 1947, shall be transmitted by the Clerk to the
Board of Trustees of the aforesaid Washington Statewide City Employ-
ees Retirement System.

day of November, 1950.
