BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON:

That idILEY CROOK be and he hereby is (appointed the lawful
agent of the City of .Renton) a Municipal Corporation7 with full
power to act for said Corporation and in all matters pertaining to
the adjusting, computing and settlement of all claims for the losses
sustained or to be sustained by said City, by reason of the fire
which occurred on or about the 29th day of December 19507 in or
near the control tower on the Renton Municipal Airports including
all claims against the fire insurance companies interested in said
loss, and to execute for said Municipal Corporation in its name,
all documents' appraisals and other agreements, proofs of loss,
receipts and releases as may in his judgment be necessary or desir-
able in the premises.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 16th day of January, 1951.
