RESOLUTION NO. 815
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF RENTON:
Section
1: That
Tuesday, the 7th day
of
August, 1951v
at
the
hour
of 8:00
P.M.1 at
the Council Chambers
in
the City Hall
of
the
City
of Renton, be and is hereby fixed as the time and place for Hearing
upon the Assessment Roll which has been filed with the City Clerk
for �ocal Improvement District Noe 239 the improvement of Earlington
and vicinity by the construction of a Sanitary Sewer Systems and all
persons -who, may desire to object thereto are hereby notified to
present their objections, either written or orally at said meeting*
Section 2:: That the City Clerk be and is directed to mail and pub-
lish notice of said Rearing as by Law provided*
