R E S 0 L U T ION No. 819
WHEREAS the City Council has adopted a Resolution
of Intent to create a Local Improvement District of areas
in Earlington Addition for construction and installation
of a sanitary sewer system therein, which will require sale.
of bonds for financing, and it is necessary to furnish to
prospective bond purchasers an approving opinion as to valid-
ity thereof rendered by Attorneys acceptable to bond invest-
ment firms;; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON:
That the(firm of WETER, ROBERTS & SHEFELIvIAN), of Seattle,
We,shington, being such acceptable attorneys, be �mployed as
special assistants to the City Attorney)of Renton, to consult
and assist in legal matters pertaining to the formation of

the(Local Improvement District1for said Earlington sewer
system, including connecting trunk line, and in all legal
matters and proceedings pertaining to said District and its
sewer project and to the preparation and sale of its bonds,
and to furnish any required legal opinion in connection there-
with; the City of Renton hereby obligating itself to pay such
fee for all said legal services as may be approved by the City
Attorney up to a maximum of Five Hundred Dollars (500.00).
