BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF' RENTON:
Section 1: That there is hereby created and established a fund
to be known and designated as the CEDAR RIVER PARK ACQUISITIOiv AND
PROJECT FUND. Said fund is hereby established for the purposes of ac-
quisition, ,mainternance, operation and improvement of properties known
as the CEDAR RIVER PARK PROJECT, pursuant to Ordinance No, 1415, and
f or expenses incident thereto.
Section 2: That the City Treasurer is hereby authorized and
directed to transfer the following sums from the below specified funds,
as loans, to the said CEDAR RIVER PARK ACQUISITION AND PROJECT FUND
for the purposes aforesaid, to -wit:
FROM FUNDS:
SWIMMING POOL BOND FUND
RECREATION FUND
SEWER CONSTRUCTION FUND, 45-175
STREET CONSTRUCTION FUND, 45-168
SEWER BOND FUND
CUMULATIVE FUND NO. 1184
SUMS TRANSFERRED:

Section 3: The aforementioned transfers to the CEDAR RIVER PARK
ACQUISITION AND PROJECT FUND are hereby designated as loans and shall
be repaid to said respective funds from the CEDAR RIVER PARK ACQUISITION
AND PROJECT FUND as and when funds for repayment do become available
therein.
