BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON:
That the City Treasurer is hereby authorized to (accept)as an
advance or loan) the sum of 440, 000.0c fro the (FIREMEN IS RELIEF AND
PENSION FUND and the City Treasurer is further authorized and direc-
ted to (deposit)said $40,000.00 (into the CEDAR RIVER PARK ACQUISITION
AND PROJECT FUND) for use and disbursement in the purposes for which
the "latter fund is established. Said advance or loan in the sum of
$40,000.00,
with the interest, shall be
repaid to
said FIREMEN'S
RELIEF AND
PMSIGN FUND from the CEDAR
RIVER PARK
ACQUISITION AND
PROJECT FUND as and when funds for repayment become available in said
CEDAR RIVER PARK ACQUISITION AND PROJECT FUND; and said advance or
loan shall bear interest at the rate of 2 (-Ewo)% until repayment there-
of.
