BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF' RE14TON:
Section 1: That the City of Renton does accept, and its Mayor
and Clerk are a,athorized to sign and accept upon for the City, the
written "fulfillment conveyance" dated May 1st , 1952, executed and
tendered by and from he -
tendered Hill Water Association to the City con-
firming the transfer to and vesting in the City of Renton the(full
ownership of water line and accessories and franchise or permit for
the construction, maintenance and operation thereof, heretofore in-
stalled and owned by said Association, installed and existing in the
streets known as Southeast 128th Street (from 124th Avenue Southeast
easterly to 136th Avenue Southeast; and in 132nd Avenue Southeast from
Southeast 128th Street southerly 1950 feet more or less; and in 138th
Avenue Southeast from Southeast 128th Street southerly 1970 feet more
or less; all pursuant to written "Agreement and Conveyance" executed
as of April 10, 1949 by and between the City of Renton and the said
Renton Hill Water Association, which by its terms provides that ef-
fective May 1, 1952 title to the aforesaid properties and rights shall
vest completely in the City of Renton.
Section 2: That in respect to s ai. d water lines conveyed as above
to the City of Renton, and considering the limitations thereof in re-
spect to service capacity, it shall be the policy of the City of Renton
to not place or accept additional customer outlets or service connections
to or upon aforesaid portions of water line so as to impair the reasonable
adequacy of water supply and water pressure therein for the customers
and service connections now attached thereto, until such time as said
Mater lines may be improved or enlarged or the supply of water and pres-
sure therein be otherwise supplemented, and meanwhile to that end to
consult with present water service customers on said portions of line as
to their water supply, needs and wishes before admitting new service con-
nections and customers thereto.
