RESOLUTION NO. 845
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON:
That the City Treasurer of the City of Renton is hereby authorized and directed
to repay unto the FIREMEN*S RELIEF AND PENSION FUND the sum of $20,000.00 plus interest,
as partial payment for the sum heretofore paid by said fund unto the City for a con-
templated purchase of general obligation bonds") and said repayment in the sum of
$201000.00 plus interest, to be made from the CEDAR RIVER PARK ACQUISITION AND
PROJECT FUND.
