WEREAS, the hereinafter named employee of the City of Rentnn
is a member of the Washington State Wide City Employees' Retirement
System, in the classification of uniform personnel, said employee being
a Captain in the Renton Police Department ana having attained the com-
pulsory retirement age of 60 years of age, and said person being physi-
cally fit to continue such employment and service of the City of Renton,
and said person having requested extension or the compulsory retirement
age and the proper department having approved the request of said employee:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL Or THE CITY Or°
RENTON,
That the time of compulsory retirement of the following named em-
ployee of the City of Renton, who is a member of the Washington State
Wide City Employees' Retirement System under the classification of
uniform personnel, to -wit:
E. W. ISACKSON, Captain of Police Department
be and the same is hereby extended to such time as said employee shall
attain the age of 64 years, to -wit: the lst day of January 1957.
A copy of this Resolution, adopted pursuant to Section XIV, Chapter
71, Laws of 194'1, shall be transmitted by the Clerk of the City of
Renton to the Board of Trustees of the aforesaid Washingtcn State Wide
City Employees' Retirement System.
