RESOLUTION N0. $80
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REI\T2ON:
1. That the Peoples National Bank of Washington, Renton Branch, be
and it is hereby authorized to honor and pay warrants drawn in the name
of the City of Renton, a municipal corporation, and signed by any two of
the following officers, to -wit:
The Mayor of the City of Renton - Joe R. Baxter
The City Clerk of the City of Renton - Floyd W. Shaff
and whether said warrants be made payable to the City of Renton or any
other party or parties and,
BE IT FUR'T'HER RESOLVED:
That there shall be no obligation on the part of said bank to see
to the application of funds in any case whatsoever and that a true copy of
this Resolution be certified and delivered to said bank on the opening of
said account.
