WHEREAS the Public Housing Administration, a constituent
agency of the Housing and Home Finance Agency of the United States,
as owner in fee simple of more than two-thirds (2/3) of the land
hereinafter describedp filed a petition with the City Clerk of the
streets within the
City of Renton on October 4, 1955, for the(vacation of/said property,
and the City Council having duly considered` said matter, NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF RENTON AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the lst day of November, 1955, is hereby fixed and
determined as the date of public hearing on said petition, to be held
at the Council Chambers of the City of Renton,: at 8 p.m., for the
streets within
vacation ofAthe following described property:
A portion of Sections 4 and 9, Township 23 North,
Range 5 E.W.M., King County, Washington and particularly
described as follows;
Beginning at the 1/4 corner common to Sections 8 and
9, Township 2.3 North, Range 5 E.W.M., and running thence

569.42 feet to the P.C. of a curve, whose R equals
1141.35 feet; thence along said curve to the left/

And the City Clerk of the City of Renton is hereby authorized and
directed to post the required notices as provided by law.
