HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 0907� ' M RESOLUTION NO. 907 WHEREAS, a petition for the approval of a preliminary plat for the subdivision of a certain tract of land within the City Limits of the City of Renton, as hereinafter more particularly described, was presented and filed with the City Council of the City of Renton on March 6, 1956, and after certain revisions thereof, the Plan- ning Commission of the City of Renton has duly considered and recommended the approval of said preliminary plat; and WHLREAS, the City Council of the City of Renton at its regular maeting on August 14, 1956, fixed Tuesday, September 4, 1956, at 8 o'clock P. 1., at the City Council Chambers in the City Mall of the City of Renton, u4ashington, as the time and place for public hearing upon said petition, and due notices thereof having been posted as required by law; and WHEREAS, pursuant to such notice a public hearing on said peti- tion for the approval of the preliminary plat was held by the City Council of the City of Renton on September 4, 1956, and the approval of such preliminary plat being deemed proper and advisable, now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY 'M MAYOR AND lHE CITY COUNCIL OF ,`Hs� Q TY OF RENTON, AS i'OLLOWS: 1. The Petition heretofore submitted by one ANLL TVEIT, as re- vised, for approval of a preliminary plat for the subdivision of a tract of land, to -wit: Beginning 525 feet west of the Southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 23 North, Range 5 Nast W. M.; thence North 210 feet; thence west to Last margin of State Highway; thence Southwesterly along said margin to intersection of south line of said Northeast !Quarter of the northeast Quarter; thence east to beginning. LESS North 45 feet of East 3 feet end less portion west of a line 874.6 feet west of east section line, locate.d in, -Renton, King County, Washington, 1 is hereby granted and approved as such preliminary plat, as modified and revised.
