RESOLUTION NO. 913
WHEREAS, the hereinafter named employees of the City of Renton
are members of the Washington Statewide City Employees' Retirement
System, in the classification of UNIFOPMILD PERSONNEL, and said persons
having reached the retirement age but being physically fit to continue
such employment and service with the City of Renton and said persons
having requested extension of their retirement age as provided by said
system, and the Chief of Police and the City Council of the City of
Renton having approved the request of said employees;
NOW, THEREFOP,E, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR•. AND - .'FSH CT71 V CnTTpJ rT
OF THE CITY OF RENTON AS FOLLOWS, TO -WIT:
1. That the time of compulsory retirement of the following named
employees of the City of Renton, who are members of the Washington State-
wide City Employees' Retirement System under the -classification of
UNIFORMED PERSONNEL, to -wit:
JAMES R. CHADWICK
ERNEST ISACKSON
FRED L. ALLINGHAIM
be and the same are hereby extended up to December 1,1957.
2. A copy of this Resolution, adopted to pursuant to Section XIV,
Chapter 71, Laws of 1947, as amended by Chapter 228, Laws of 1953, shall
be transmitted by the Clerk of the City of Renton to the Board of Trustees
of the aforesaid Washington Statewide City Employeest Retirement System.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON this 20th day
of november, 1956.
