WHEREAS, a petition for the approval of a plat for the subdivision
of a certain tract of land within the city limits of the City of Renton,
as hereinafter more particularly described, was presented and filed with
the City Council of the City of Renton, and
WHEREAS, after due investigation, the Planning Commission of the
City of Renton has considered and recommended the approval of said plat;
and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Renton, at its
regular meeting on January 16, 1957, fixed January 30, 1957, at 8:00 P.M.,
at the City Council Chambers in the City Hall of the City of Renton,
Washington, as the time and place for public hearing upon said petition
for approval of plat, and due notice thereof having been posted as re-
quired by law, and no protests or objections having been made or filed
to said petition; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to such notice a public hearing on said petition
for the approval of the plat was held at such time and date, and the
approval thereof being deemed proper and advisable, and such plat making
appropriate provisions for streets and other public ways, and the approval
thereof being in the public interest, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RENTON, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The petition heretofore submitted by the Renton
Suburban Development Corporation, a Washington corporation, for approval
of a plat for the subdivision of a tract of land, deesscribe as A 16 S6-44 s4p
That certain re -plat of Blocks 2-1 and /� 20, of
Renton.Highlands No. 2 corrected plat, as Zcorde � +
in Volume 57 of Plats, pages 92 to 98 inclusive, a�a,Kekw�1,24
records of King County, State of Washington, known v�7t 041 �6
as "Suburban Heights", an addition to the City of
Renton, all located in Section 9, Township 23 North,
Range 5 E.W.M.,
is hereby granted and approved as such plat, subject to the laws and
