RESOLUTION NO. /0?�
WHEREAS, a petition for the approval of a plat for the
subdivision of a certain tract of land within the City Limits of
the City of Renton, as hereinafter more particularly described,
was presented and filed with the City Council of the City of Renton,
and WHEREAS after &u.e- investigation the Planning Commission has
considered and recommended the approval of said Plat; and WHEREAS
the Planning Commission, at its regular meeting on March 27, 19572
at the hour of 8:00 P.M., at the City Council Chambers in the City
Hall of the City of Renton, said time and place being set for the
public hearing upon said petition, approved said plat,after due
notice thereof having been posted as required by law,and no protest
or objections having been made or filed to said petition, and the
Planning Commission further finding that such approval is proper
and advisable in all respects and being in the public interest,
NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF RENTON, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The Petition heretofore submitted for approval
of a Plat entitled "Fd!Jge -Crest No. lit , described as follows:
R ige Crest No. 1, an addition to the City of Renton,
a replat of Block 21, Renton Highlands No. 2, as
per corrected plat, all located in Section 9, Township
23 North, Range 5 East W.M.,
is hereby granted and approved as such plat, subject to the laws
and ordinances of the City of Renton.
