2RESOLUTION NO. '7 U
WHEREAS, a petition for the approval of a preliminary plat for the
replat of a certain tract of land within the City of --Renton, as hereinafter
more particularly described, was presented and filed with the City Council; and
WHEREAS, after due investigation the Planning Commission of the City of
Renton has considered and recommended the approval of said preliminary plat, sub-
ject to certain conditions, after a public hearing having been held thereon on
May 8, 1957, at the Council Chambers in the City Hall -of the City of.Renton, and
due notice thereof having been posted as required by law; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to such notice the public hearing on said petition
for the approval of the preliminary plat was held at such time and date, and the
approval of such plat being deemed proper and advisable, subject to certain con.
ditions involving the relocation of public utilities within the area to be replatted',
all.of which more particularly appears in that certain "'Construction Agreement for
Relocation of Utility Lines" executed under date of November 18, 1957, by and
between the Public Housing Administration and the City of Renton; and
WHEREAS, the final plat has subsequently been submitted to the City
Council under date of December 3, 1957, and .same having been approved at that
time, subject to the performance of the aforementioned*'Construction Agreement".
NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE .MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE :CITY OF RENTON,
AS FOLLOWS:
1. The final plat heretofore submitted by the Public Housing -Administration,
an agency of the United States Government, pertaining to property described as:
Replat of Blocks 12, 132 14, 36, 37 and 38, corrected plat .of
Renton Highlands, No. 2, all located in Renton,.King County, Washington,
is hereby granted and .approved as such plat, subject and conditioned on the per-•
formance of that certain "Construction Agreement for Relocation of Utility Lines."
dated November 18, 1957, and subject to the laws and ordinances of 'the City of Renton,
