RESOLUTION NO.
IF .
WHEREAS, a petition for the approval of a preliminary plat for the
subdivision of a certain tract of land within the City Limits of the City of
Renton, as hereinafter more particularly described, was presented and filed with
the City Council;.and
WHEREAS, after due investigation the Planning Commission .of the City of
Renton has considered and 'recommended the approval of said preliminary plat after
-a public hearing having been held thereon on November 27, 1957, at the.Council
Chambers in the City Hall of the City of Renton, and 'due notice thereof having
been posted as required by law;,and
WHEREAS, pursuant to such notice the public hearing on said petition
for the approval of the preliminary plat was held at such time and date, and .the
approval thereof being deemed proper and advisable, and
WHEREAS, .the final plat has subsequently been submitted to the City
-Council and 'the Planning. Commission and same having ,likewise been approved and
being proper in all respects, NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
AS FOLLOWS:
1. The final plat heretofore submitted -and approved by the -City Council
of the City of Renton under date of December 3, 1957, pertaining toproperty de.
scribed as:
Plat of Honey Creek Park, located in Section -4, Township 23 -North,
Range 5 E..W. M., in Renton, King,County, Washington,
is hereby granted.and approvedassuch plat, subject to the laws and -ordinances
of the City of Renton.
