BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF RENTON, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The City Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to
transfer the following sum from the Cedar River Park Acquisition Fund unto
the Library Fund, which transfer shall constitute and be treated as a loan to
said Fund to be repaid to said Cedar River Park Acquisition Fund as soon as
feasible, but in no event later than the lst day of December, 1958
