RESOLUTION NO.
V
WHEREAS, a petition for the approval of a preliminary plat for the
subdivision of a certain tract of land within the City Limits of the City of
Renton, as hereinafter more particularly described, was heretofore presented to
and filed with the City Council; and
WHEREAS, after due investigation the Planning,Commission of the City of
Renton has considered and recommended the approval of said preliminary plat after
a public hearing having been held thereon on .August 28, 1957, in the Council
Chambers in the City Hall of the City of Renton, and due notice thereof having
been posted as required by law; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to such notice the public hearing on said petition
for the approval of the preliminary plat was held at such time and date, and the
approval thereof being deemed proper and advisable;:.and
WHEREAS, the final plat has subsequently been submitted to the City
Council and the Planning Commission and same having likewise been approved.and
being proper in all respects, NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON
AS.FOLLOWS:
1. The final plat heretofore submitted and approved'by the City Council
-of the City of Renton under date of January 21, 1958, pertaining to property
described as:
Plat of Bomarc, an Addition to the City of Renton, all located
in Section 4, Township 23.North,.Range 5.E.W.M.,,which plat
embraces and includes all of the Southeast k of the Southwest
of the Southeast ' of Section 4, Township 23 North, Range 5 E.W.M.,
except the West 16 feet thereof and except the South 30 feet
thereof for road purposes,
is hereby approved as such plat, subject to the laws and ordinances of the City
of Renton and subject to completion of improvements as specified .thereon and as
required by applicable FHA regulations.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 8th day of January, 1958.
