HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 0957jls G/.5 f C J. 3 � v /1 RESOLUTION NO. f`( WHEREAS, the below mentioned.Department Fund of the City of Renton, to -wit, the Planning Commission,.Current Fund, was required to meet .certain obli- gations and expenditures and will be required to meet certain additional obligations which were not foreseeable at the time of the adoption of the 1958 Budget, and WHEREAS it is necessary for the proper x administration, operation and maintenance of the City and said Department to transfer funds between`.t.tems within the general class of "Maintenance and Operation" as provided for by Chapter 322 of the 1955 Session Laws, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY -COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENNTON, AS FOLLOWS: 1. The foregoing recitals and facts are found and determined by the City Council to be true and correct and that it is to the best interests of the City of Renton to cause the hereinbelow specified transfers to be made. 2. The City Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to make and execute transfers between the following -specified items in the general class of „Maintenance and -Operation" of the Planning Commission, Current .Fund, to -wit: Transfer of the sum of $50.00, Account No. 757, Office Expense (Maintenance and Operation), and the further sum of $150.00, Account No. 784, Materials and Supplies (Maintenance and -Operation) UNTO "Travel and Conventions" Account No. 780,- (Maintenance and Operation), a total sum of $200.00.
