BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTONV
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The City Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to
transfer and advance the following sum from the Cedar.Ri.ver Park Acquisition Fund
unto the Depreciation and Reserve Fund, to -wit, the sum of TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND
DOLLARS ($25,000.00),- which transfer and advance shall constitute and be treated
as a loan to said Fund to be repaid to said Cedar River Park Acquisition Fund as
soon as feasible, but in no event later than December 1, 1958.
