WHEREAS, a petition for the approval of a preliminary plat for the
subdivision of a certain tract of land within the _City Limits of the City ,of
Renton, as hereinafter more particularly described,. has heretofore been presented
to and filed with the .City-Counci1; and
'WHEREAS,, after due investigation the Planning Commission of the City -of
Renton has.considered and recommended the approval.of said plat and a public
hearing having been held on the.final plat oflMarch 26, 1958, in the City Council
Chambers in the City Hall of the. City of :Renton, and due notice thereof having
been posted .as required by law; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to such notice .the public hearing on said petition
for the approval of the final plat was held at such time and date, and the approval
thereof being deemed proper and advisable, NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY .COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON
AS FOLLOWS:
1. The final plat heretofore submitted and approved by the City Council
of the City of:Renton under date of April 1,- 1958, pertaining to property described as:
East portion, Block 16,.Corrected Plat of Renton Highlands
No. 2, all located in .Renton, King -County, Washington.
ALSO DESCRIBED AS.Skyland Heights.No. 2, an addition to the
City of.Renton, (being a replat of .a portion of Block 16 of
the corrected plat of:Renton Highlands. No. 2.
is hereby approved as such plat, subject to the laws and ordinances of the City
of Renton.
