WHEREAS, a petition for the approval of a preliminary plat for the
subdivision of a certain tract of land within the City,Limits of the City of
Renton, as hereinafter more particularly described, has heretofore been presented
'to and filed with the City Council; and
WHEREAS, after due investigation the Planning Commission .of the .City of
Renton has considered and recommended the approval of said plat and a public hearing
having been held on the petition for the approval of the final plat on or about June
11, 1958, in the City -Council Chambers in .the City Hall of the City of.Renton, and
due notice thereof having been posted -as required by law; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to such notice a public hearing on said petition for
the approval of the final plat was held .at such time and date, and the approval
thereof being deemed proper and advisable, .NOW THEREFORE,
AS .FOLLOWS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY"COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON
1. The final plat heretofore submitted and approved by the City Council
of the City of -Renton, as corrected and revised, under date of.June 17, 1958, pertaining
to property described as:
That certain plat known as Ridge Crest No. 3 has corrected and
revised), same being the Southerly portion of Block 22, Renton
Highlands No. 2 Corrected Plat, all located in.Renton, King
County, Washington,
is hereby approved as.such plat, subject to the laws and ordinances of the City
of :Renton.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 24th day of June, 1958.
