i RESOLUTION No I
WHEREAS, a petition for the approval of a preliminary plat for the
subdivision of a certain tract of land within the City Limits of the City of
Renton, as hereinafter more particularly described,. has heretofore been presented
to and filed with the City Council; and
WHEREAS, after due investigation the Planning Commission of the City of
Renton has considered and recommended the approval of said plat and a public hearing
having been held on the petition for the approval of the final plat on or about
June 25, 1958, in the City Council.Chambers in the.City Hall of the City of Renton,
and due notice thereof having been posted as required by lav; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to such notice a public hearing on said petition for
the approval of the final plat was held at such time and date, and the .approval
thereof being deemed proper and advisable, NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL,OF THE CITY -OF RENTON
AS FOLLOWS:
1. The.final plat heretofore submitted and approved by the City Council
of the City of Renton, under date of -July 1, 1958', pertaining to property described as:
That certain plat known amd described as Graceland Terrace,
being located in Section 9, Township 23 North, Range 5 E.W.M.,
Renton,,King County,,Washington, same being a replat of .Blocks.
13 and 14,,Corrected Plat of -Renton Highlands No. 2, according
to plat recorded in Volume 59 of Plats, pages 52 and 53,
records of King County,,Washington, except a certain portion
of Block 13 lying Easterly and Northerly of a line described in
said plat,
is hereby approved as such plat, subject to the laws and ordinances of the City
of Renton.
