FINAL PLAT FAIR VIEW TERRACE, SMILEY
RESOLUTION NO. q 7 I
WHEREAS, a petition for the approval of a preliminary plat for the
subdivision of a certain tract of land within the City Limits of the. City of
Renton, as hereinafter more particularly described, has heretofore been presented
to and filed with the City Council; and
WHEREAS, after due investigation .the Planning Commission of the City of
Renton has considered and recommended the approval of said plat and a public hearing
having been held on the petition for the approval of the final plat on or about
June 251 1958, in the City Council Chambers in the City Hall of the City of Renton,
and due notice thereof having been posted as required by law; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to such notice a public hearing on said petition for
the approval of the final plat was held at such time and date, and the approval
thereof being deemed proper and advisable, NOW THEREFORE,
AS FOLLOWS:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON
1. The final plat heretofore submitted and approved by the City Council
of the City of Renton, under date of July 15, 1958, pertaining to property
described as:
Fair View Terrace, located in Section 91 Township 23 North,
Range 5 E.W.M., King County,,Washington, same being a replat
of Block 302 Corrected Plat of Renton Highlands No. 2,
according to plat recorded in Volume 57 of Plats, page 92,
records of King County, Washington
all located in Renton, King County, Washington
is hereby approved as such plat, subject to the laws and ordinances of the City of
Renton.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 22nd day of July, 1958.
