REPEALING PRIOR RESOLUTION NO. 948
WHEREAS, prior Resolution No. 948 was adopted January 7, 1958, re-
questing planning assistance through the Washington State Department of Commerce
and Economic Development, together with financial assistance from the Urban Renewal
Administration, under Section 701 of the Housing Act of 1954; toward developing
a comprehensive plan for location of sewer and water lines; and
WHEREAS, it now appears that such assistance will not be available %.
within the present fiscal year of the City; NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
AS FOLLOWS:
That prior Resolution No. 948 adopted by the Renton City Council
January 7, 1958, be and the same hereby is rescinded and repealed; and any City
funds. committed or obligated thereby be and are hereby released therefrom and
revert to the respective City funds.
