resolution Authorizing the Execution and Delivery
of a Contract with Puget Sound Power &
Light Company for Furnishing
Municipal Water Pumping
WHEREAS, PUMT SOUND PCI.,TFR & TI ]HT (PMPANY has offered to furnish
for a. period of _ Five ( 5) _ _years, upon the terms set forth in
the following proposed form of contract, to -frit:
MUNICIPAL 74ATER PUMPING POWER
NOW, FHFREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED by the COUNCIL of the CITY _ of
RENTON that a contract be entered into with Puget Sound Power °t Light Company
for the furnishing of Municipal Water Pumping Poy,Ter in the vicinity of Kennydale,
Washington upon the terms above proposed, and that the Mayor be and he hereby is
authorized and directed to execute and deliver such contract on behalf and in the
name of the City of Renton, and the Clerk be and he hereby is authorized and dir-
ected to attest such contra ct and to affix thereto the seal of .the City of Renton.
Duly adopted this 15th day of September, 1958.
